Participants are responsible for making their own way between the hotels and meeting points. Unless otherwise requested, included hotels are chosen for their close proximity to the meeting points

Tsukiji Market: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian dietary restrictions. While we will do our best to cater to other dietary needs (such as gluten-free and pescatarian), we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. Food tastings may slightly vary based on availability

Mount Fuji Tour: While we aim to visit all scheduled locations, some sites are subject to availability due to weather, heavy traffic during the peak season, or other factors. In such cases, we will visit alternative sites, or some visits may be cancelled on the spot. Due to heavy traffic during the Japanese holiday season, weekends, or peak season, the return time may be delayed

Nikko Tour: For those who aren’t able to climb the 200 stone steps within the Toshogu Shrine complex, can skip this portion of the tour. Entry to the Kegon Falls is optional, visitors can buy tickets at the falls

Osaka Tour: We recommend purchasing your Osaka Metro pass before the tour

Please note: Flight tickets are non-refundable from the time of booking.
All remaining tours fall under our standard company cancellation policy, allowing cancellation up to four weeks before the package start date with a 95% refund, less a 5% handling fee.
