The Papaya Playa Project has a real focus on sustainability and social responsibility. They are on target to becoming zero emissions and zero contamination hotels. That means fewer chemicals in the pools, fresh, recycled drinking water, and regeneration of the surrounding jungle. There isn’t a hotel structure to be seen here, instead of small villas and cabanas dotted in the jungle and on the beachfront. Each one is unique, some have private pools, some can accommodate up to 8 people. Each one is bright, spacious, and comfortable.

Nest is one of the original properties on Tulum beach.
