Guided Street Food Tour of Hue

Start your foodie street tour with Banh Khoai - a Hue crispy pancake referred to locally as a “happy cake”
Walk along the quieter streets towards a restaurant selling Bun Bo Hue - a Hue beef vermicelli soup
Head to a small family restaurant to taste some more specialty dishes. These will include Banh Bot Loc (tapioca dumplings), Banh Beo (water fern cake), Banh Nam (steamed shrimp rice cake), and Banh Ram It (sticky rice dumplings on a fried dumpling)
