Highlights of Jordan 4 Day Tour Itinerary

Day 1 -Northern Jordan

Your first day begins in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem with modern, air-conditioned transportation whisking you away to the ancient and well- preserved Roman ruins at Jerash before heading to Madaba to marvel at the Byzantine floor mosaics that cover the churches across the city.
Enjoy a city tour in Amman
Walking in Amman visit the Citadel, the Roman ruins, and the Roman theater in the most active center of the city, King Abdullah Mosque (outside visit)
After a full day of exploring the sites, enjoy a relaxing evening in your hotel and get ready for tomorrow’s adventure
Overnight in Amman

Day 2 - Amman

Start your day at Mount Nebo - the place where Moses is buried. Enjoy the wonderful view up from the mountain seeing the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Jericho in the other bank of the Jordan River
Drive to visit Madaba, best known for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, especially a large Byzantine-era mosaic map of The Holy Land. Visit Madaba's most spectacular churches around the world: ST. George church where you will find the Mosaic Map of Jerusalem painted on the floor of the church
Drive towards Wadi Rum, and enjoy a jeep tour with the unique views of the Wadi
Arrive at the Bedouin campsite in Wadi Rum and enjoy an authentic dinner in the desert setting
Overnight in Wadi Rum (upgrades possible)

Day 3 - Petra

Your day begins bright and early with a tour of Petra's highlights, like the Obelisk Tomb and Al Siq, with the help of a licensed local guide.
The entire day will be spent wandering the eerie red ruins of this forgotten city, going from the most well-known sites to hidden corners, and you'll leave with a new appreciation for one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Day 4 - Petra

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Petra
Head to Petra to enjoy some free time to explore the site at your own pace
Reach to those spots who tourists are not usually able to see due to time restrictions
18:00 - Finally, go back to Aqaba and return to the israeli side of the border and from there you'll get back to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv (the travel time is approximately 4 hours)

Please note, border fees and visa fees are NOT included in the tour price and are paid directly at the border, in cash. Border fee is for departure tax from Israel, the departure tax for operated groups from Jordan, arrangement, and preparation of Jordan visa, assistance service from border representative on departure from Israel, assistance service from border representative on arrival in Jordan and assistance service from border representative on departure from Jordan

Maximum of 25 passengers per guided group in Petra. Please note that while in transportation, groups may be larger, as larger buses are more comfortable and accommodating.

Bedouin Camp upgrade to “Martian dome tents”- subject to availability, extra $240 per tent ($120 pp for double). It must be booked in advance at the time of booking. Please contact us after you book to confirm your Martian tent upgrade.

Our tour departs as early as possible to ensure timely arrival to the border crossing. By arriving first this means a quick crossing procedure and more time spent in Petra.
