Day 1 - Arrival in Chennai
- Once you've made your way to Chennai, drop off your things to explore the city or take the night to rest.
- Overnight in Chennai.
Day 2 - South Indian Cooking Class (Private Tour)
- Today you will dive into the history and traditions of South Indian cuisine!
- You will be picked up from your hotel and make your way to the house of a local chef! You will learn how to make traditional sambar, pappad, rasam, vada, and sweets.
- Learn tips and techniques to create a culinary masterpiece, and when you've finished, sit down to enjoy your food with the chef and her family.

Day 3 - Wildlife Experience (Private Tour)
- Leave the busy city streets behind with a visit to Guindy National Park, a wildlife reserve that's a restful oasis in the center of the city, and a conservation center.
- It's home to the ultra-rare Indian Blackbuck, or Indian Antelope, as well as other mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and insects.
- Continue to Chennai Snake Park to meet 23 native species of snakes, 6 large Indian lizards, turtles, tortoises, and crocodiles.
- Your next adventure is meeting more scaly friends at the Chennai Crocodile Park, home to 2,500 species, a world-renowned herpetology center, and a research center that creates anti-venom treatments.
- Continue to the Arignar Anna Zoological Gardens, the country's first public zoo, and the largest, with 600 acres of land for conservation and study.

Day 4 - World Heritage Site of Mahabalipuram (Private Tour)

- Continue to Arjuna's Penance, an enormous bas relief with more scenes from the Mahabharata, showcasing scenes from the Ganges River and local landscapes.
- Marvel at the precariously balanced Krishna's Butterball, a 20-foot boulder that sits on a slope and seems to defy gravity.
- End the day at the Shore Temple, nicknamed the City of Seven Pagodas by Marco Polo on his travels, and a long-running beacon for sailors.
- Built in the 8th century, this granite temple is one of the highlights of the day, and the perfect last stop before returning to your hotel.

Day 5 - British Architecture Walking Tour (Shared Group Tour) & Departure
