Day 1 - Arrival to Beijing
- On your first day in China, you'll be picked up at the airport by a private driver and taken to your hotel for check-in.
- Take the rest of the day to relax and refresh or explore Beijing on your own.
- Overnight in Beijing.

Day 2- Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace
- Start the first day of adventures with breakfast at the hotel before leaving Beijing behind to ride to Mutianyu, a famous section of the Great Wall built during the Ming Dynasty over 600 years ago.
- Learn about the history of the Wall and how it shaped modern China, walking or taking a cable car to the top before you stroll from tower to tower.
- Admire the stunning cinematic views from its top, marveling how this ancient military monument still stands strong.
- After lunch, continue to the opulent Summer Palace and stand on the shores of the sparkling Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill.

Day 3 - Beijing to Xi'an by Bullet Train
- After breakfast, visit the world's largest city square, Tian'anmen Square, before you dive into the Forbidden City to see the biggest palace in the world.
- Explore with your local guide, learning all about this complex area's cultural heritage and historic mysteries.
- Eat some lunch before you take the ultra-fast bullet train from Beijing to Xi'an.
- Take a private car to your hotel for check-in, and spend the evening exploring before another full day of adventures.

Day 4 - Terracotta Warriors, Muslim Quarter and Grand Mosque
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before driving through the lush Chinese countryside to visit the iconic Terracotta Warriors that were created around 209 BCE.
- This clay army is funerary art for Emperor Qin Shi Huang, the country's first emperor, and was molded to protect him in the afterlife.
- Over 7,000 artifacts are housed in the museum and the archaeological work is ongoing at this site that's one of the most important excavations of the 20th century.
- Savor a restful lunch before you visit the Muslim Quarter of Xi'an and its famous Chinese style mosque.
- It's the largest mosque in all of China and was erected in 742 CE, and is still an active place of worship.
- Take the evening for a dinner on your own and some relaxation.

Day 5 - Xian to Lhasa by Air
- After breakfast, you'll be driven to the airport for your flight to Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet.
- You'll be driven to your hotel to check-in, eat lunch, and climatize yourself to the almost 12,000 foot altitude.
- Overnight in Lhasa (Breakfast and lunch included).

Day 6 - Lhasa City Tour
- Spend your first morning in Lhasa exploring Potala Palace, a dzong fortress built in the 7th century by the famous king Songtsen Gampo.
- Refurbished in the 17th century by the 5th Dalai Lama, this fortress was traditionally a winter residence for the Dalai Lama, and was converted to a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994.
- Seated atop the Red Mountain, you'll explore the Red Palace, dedicated to religious use, and the White Palace, used for political events.
- Enjoy a quick lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the Jokhang Monastery, built at the same time as Potala Palace.
- It is Tibet's most sacred site and houses a sculpture of 12 year old Sakyamuni, the Gautama Buddha, brought over by a Wencheng princess centuries ago.
- End your afternoon at Barkhor Street, an enormous market perfect for purchasing a few souvenirs and part of a key pilgrimage route.

Day 7 - Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and the Norbulingka Park
- Begin your morning at Drepung Monastery, whose name means "The Hill of Rice".
- This unique name for this impressive monastic complex comes from its appearance, with its white walls making it resemble a pile of rice sitting on the side of Mount Ganpoi Uze on the western side of Lhasa.
- Founded in 1416 by a Disciple of Trongkhaba and the founder of the Yellow Hat Sect, Jamyang Choje, this occupies an area of 2.7 million square feet.
- The largest Monastery in Asia, over 7,700 lamas have lived here at a single time.
- Savor a sensational lunch before continuing to the Sera Monastery, whose name means "Hail Stone", and comes from a legend that there was hail the entire time its foundation was built.
- Sitting at the foot of Mount Peibuqie and built in 1419 by Jamchen Choje, another Disciple of Trongkhaba, it could hold 5,500 lamas and enjoyed its golden age during the Ming Dynasty.
- Your last stop of the day is Norbulingka Park, or Jewel Park, the former summer palace of the Dalai Lama.
- Near Potala Palace, this immense complex was erected in 1752 by the 7th Dalai Lama and is still in use today.

Day 8 - Lhasa to Chengdu by Air
- Eat a quick breakfast before you take a morning flight to Chengdu.
- Once you've arrived and checked in to your hotel, head out with your guide to see the Kuai and Zhai Alleys, along with the Wenshu Temple to learn more about this complex city's history.
- After lunch, head back to the hotel to rest before an iconic hot pot dinner!
- Overnight in Chengdu (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included).

Day 9 - Chengdu Panda Base Tour and Chengdu to Zhangjiajie by Air
- Bolt down your breakfast before heading to one of the country's most beloved attractions, the world-famous Chengdu Panda Base!
- Enjoy watching these majestic and magnificent animals enjoy their bamboo and lazing around their habitat.
- Eat a quick lunch before being driven to Chengdu Airport to make your way to Zhangjiajie and check in to your next hotel before you venture out for dinner on your own.
- Overnight in Zhangjiajie (Breakfast and lunch included).

Day 10 - Zhangjiajie: Huangshizhai, Golden Whip Brook, Baofeng Lake
- Drive to Huangshizhai and its national park to hop in a cable car to the mountain's summit to appreciate the towering beauty of the nearby rock formations and local monkey populations that you can admire from afar.
- Make your way to Golden Whip Brook to walk alongside its rushing waters through the lush valley to get ethereal views of the mountains above.
- You also have to option to hike to the highest peak in the park, Jingguang Summit.
- The next stop is the enormous Yellow Dragon Cave, complete with four underground levels, a river that runs below the rocks, halls, waterfalls pools, stalactites, stalagmites, and colorful rocks around every corner.
- If there's time left after exploring these wonders, you'll take a boat ride across the glitter Baofeng Lake with a local guide for a different view of the surrounding mountains.

Day 11 - Zhangjiajie: Yuanjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, 10-Mile-Gallery
- Start one of your most unique days of the tour with a trip to Zhangjiajie National Park's super elevator that takes visitors to the top of the mountain in 1.58 seconds.
- Enjoy unprecedented cinematic views and the Heaven and Earth Pillar Prototype from Avatar on the Summit Sightseeing Platform.
- After lunch, continue to Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve, perfect for panoramic pictures and known as the Monarch of the Peak Forest.
- Learn about the park's famous four wonders: the Sea of Clouds, the Radiance of the Moonlight, the Rays of Sunshine, and the Winter Snow.
- Continue to Shilihualang, the 10 Mile Gallery, making your way there by electric train and returning by foot.

- You'll take the cable car to Tongtian Avenue, Tianmen Cave, Tianmen Temple, the Ghost Valley Plank Road, and the Yunmeng Fiary summit for an incredible day of discovery and unparalleled wonders.
- Take the longest cableway in the world that stretches a staggering 25,000 feet and climbs 5,000 feet in elevation.
- Drive to Zhangjiajie Airport and fly to Shanghai for check in to your hotel and to enjoy your evening alone.

Day 13 - Shanghai City Tour
- Today is your day to see all of Shanghai's best highlights alongside your expert guide!

- Discover the beauty of the unique Xintiandi district, a former French Colony famous for its gorgeous houses and upscale boutiques and restaurants that line its avenues.
