Cappadocia 3 Day Tour from Istanbul Itinerary
Day 1 - Flight to Cappadocia
- Your first day will be spent traveling from Istanbul to Cappadocia, flying from city to city, before you're transported from the airport to your accommodation in Cappadocia.
- Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 2 - North Cappadocia
- The tour of North Cappadocia beings with a visit to the Goreme Open Air Museum, one of the most famous attractions in Cappadocia, and an otherwordly landscape covered with churches splashed with frescoes, ethereal fairy chimneys, and dwellings carved into the rocks.
- Your next stop is the town of Avanos, a town that has stood since 3,000 BCE and still uses traditional methods to create their incredibly ceramics works.
- The Goreme Esentpe is the best vantage point for a panorama of the valley, and the perfect place for some postcard worthy photos of the landscape below.
- Your last stops of the day is the Devrent Valley, one of the most lunar landscapes in the area, and learn about the sad story of the Three Beauties overlooking the town of Urgup!
- You will then have the opportunity to stretch your legs in the Devrent Valley with a landscape that resembles something from another world. Finally, you will get to visit the Three Beauties which has an incredible overlook of the town of Urgup.

Evening -

Tonight's optional entertainment is organized so that you have the chance to experience Turkish Culture and Traditions and also enjoy a great show. You will be picked up from your hotel in the evening and taken to a cave restaurant in the heart of Cappadocia, for a night you will always remember.

Day 3 - South Cappadocia
- Your third day takes you to the Underground City, an 8 story city that was used by Christians in the Byzantine area to escape persecution, and the Rose Valley, named for the beautiful red stones that cover the valley floors.
- You'll also visit the Red Valley with its hidden churches in the walls of the mountains, and Pigeon Valley, where local farmers have created homes for all the birds that roost there in the stones.
- On the third day, you will explore more of the beautiful valleys in this region as well as explore an Underground City that was used by Christians during Byzantine times when they underwent many years of persecution and needed to hide.
- The last stop of the day is Love Valley, where the wind has carved phalluses into the rock formations, and where couples struggling to conceive are rumored to have their problems cured.
- You'll then be taken to the airport, where you'll fly back to Istanbul and finish your tour! (Breakfast and lunch included)
