Day 1 - Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
- Land in Ho Chi Minh City and make your way to your hotel to drop off your luggage and explore the city, or take some time to rest before the adventures begin
- Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 2 - Ho Chi Minh City & Cu Chi Tunnels

- Wind through small alleys and hidden streets, tasting the most unique dishes while learning about their history and cultural significance from your knowledgeable guide
- You'll make a total of 4 stops for snacks along the way, and the foods will include Vietnamese pancakes, fresh spring rolls, oyster porridge, grilled meat or crab with noodles, barbecue, local beers, steamed rice rolls, and a few types of a sweet soup dessert
- Halfway through your tour, get off the bikes to see Ho Chi Minh's nightlife, exploring the hidden gems that most visitors never even hear about while tasting the best of Ho Chi Minh's street food
