Our 4 Day Sinai Camel Riding Tour is the perfect desert adventure. If you have a wayward spirit and want to explore the desert the way the local Bedouins have been for  thousands of years, join us on camelback to discover the best the Sinai has to offer. You’ll start with a long drive from the metropolis of Cairo into the heart of the Sinai, passing the way the ancient Israelites may have walked to freedom in the Bible.  After arriving Saint Catherine, you’ll relax at the hotel to prepare yourself for an early morning and one of the highlights of your trip – the sunrise hike up Mount Sinai.

Start the second day of your tour by following your local Bedouin guide up Mount Sinai, where it is said Moses received the 10 commandments in the Bible. You’ll reach the summit just in time to see the sun illuminate the desert. After an active morning, get in some culture and history with a tour of Saint Catherine’s Monastery, a fascinating place that has been standing since the 6th century and plays a big role in Christian history in the area. Finally, it’s time to hop on your camel and start exploring. You’ll ride to Arada Canyon and Wadi Yellow, ending your day with a desert camping experience in the wadi (valley).

You’ll spend the second half of the 4 Day Sinai Camel Riding Tour riding through the desert to see other amazing natural sites, including Ghazala Valley, Mushroom Rock, Closed Canyon, and White Canyon. You’ll visit the Nawamis tombs, mysterious prehistoric structures that have stood the test of time. Finally, you’ll spend your last night in the desert at  Ain Khudra Oasis, experiencing true Bedouin hospitality under the stars. After your days of exploring on camelback, experiencing the magical beauty of the desert, you’ll return to Cairo with a new perspective and amazing memories.
