Okura Hotel (Opening 2019)
Opening its doors in 2019, the new Okura Tokyo Hotel which currently stands as one of Tokyo’s most distinguished hotels will re-open after a ¥110 billion renovation. In September of 2019, a new lobby will be revealed showcasing a fusion of western style and Japanese tradition. Additionally, the newly renovated hotel will also hold a grand Japanese zen garden as well as a museum on the premises which will exhibit local works of art. Situated next to the U.S Embassy, the Okura Tokyo, the Tokyo hotel was once a 1960s icon, the new model of the hotel will be designed earthquake-proof and will offer approximately 100 more rooms than the original property. Bvlgari (Openng 2022)
Scheduled to open its doors after the 2020 Olympics, the new Bvlgari Hotel in Tokyo will end completion at the end of 2022.
